Kincare is paid out of the PTO bank, so a Kincare request has to clear both. Sick time draws only on itself. Nothing may be taken inside the first 90 days.
Relationship only. No medical detail is recorded anywhere in this system.
Every entry is permanent and carries the person who made it. Corrections post as reversing entries, so the original and the fix both stay on the record.

Schedulers and managers can reset their own password from the sign-in screen. Deactivating an account revokes access immediately and keeps the person's history intact, which is what you want when someone leaves.
